How to Attend Classes


 

All classes are drop-up, so in order to attend you 

May sign up online or just walk-in.

It is best to arrive ten minutes early

So class can start on time.

 

Wear or bring your favorite, comfortable,

 loose-fitting clothing.

 

It is recommended not to practice

Yoga on a full stomach.  Wait at least

 90 minutes after eating a meal.

 

Mat Rental is Available

Lastly it is highly recommended to have fun!
